Marketing Manager

vvibe is looking for a collaborative, analytical, and creative Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of a 360 marketing strategy to drive growth and retention.

An excellent candidate is someone who is a fast self-starter/learner in a startup environment and is ready to wear multiple hats to get things done. We are looking for a creative team player who will be able to think strategically across different media platforms. You must be able to work both independently and collaboratively.


Be accountable for the successful execution of end-to-end influencer marketing management Design, plan & execute monthly social calendars & all social related tasks ( trend jacking, newsjacking, virality etc ).

Oversee daily engagements, partnerships & collaborations.

Email marketing/ newsletters, CRM, contact management (experience with hubspot, mail chimp etc is required).

Run engagement & retention marketing campaigns on clevertap.

ASO & SEO related tasks ( keyword research, topics, planning, CRO, link building).

App analytics ( audience segmentation, DAU/MAU, user funnels ).

Coordinate with growth & content teams.

Assist with paid & performance marketing campaigns ( ad operations ).

Daily reporting & insights.


Significant experience in digital/social marketing – strategy, planning, execution, analytics and evaluation.

Strong working knowledge and experience with digital tools and channels, and content formats.

Have an understanding of media planning in the digital advertising space and client requirements.

Digital Expertise: conversant with all forms of digital formats and measurement.

Strong analytical skills & critical thinking. You look at the numbers, trends, and data, and come to new conclusions based on the findings. ( Google Analytics & clever tap ).


Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a closely related field.

3-4 years of digital marketing experience with at least 2 years of organic social media experience.

Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive campaign insights and optimize performance.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.

Self-starter with outstanding organizational and communication skills.

Strong interest in web 3.0, metaverse, blockchain & emerging technologies.

Have a creative eye for brand aesthetics and writing for social platforms.

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or Canva preferred.
